WASEC was established as a home-grown solution to address the current disconnects between security, local peoples/youth, and communities in regard to public safety, drug and alcohol management, and behavioral conduct - WASEC focuses on pro-active engagement, and building relationships with local communities in order to maintain public safety, security and sense of community.
