Who we are
WA SECURITY (WASEC) was founded in Western Australia by Aussie industry veterans Bae Butler, Amber Rose Boyd & Chad Rylander with a focus on providing high-quality security operators in combination with pro-active community/indigenous outreach support services to foster safer communities’ and provide long-term, meaningful solutions to Australian Government/Educators, Corporations, and Small-Business.
OUR MISSION
WASEC was established as a home-grown solution to address the current disconnects between security, local peoples/youth, and communities in regard to public safety, drug and alcohol management, and behavioral conduct - WASEC focuses on pro-active engagement, and building relationships with local communities in order to maintain public safety, security and sense of community.
The goal is both alleviate pressure on local Police Law Enforcement through comprehensive and strategic deescalation practices and people management, in order to protect communities and people from unnecessary engagement with the criminal justice system.
