Who we are
WA SECURITY (WASEC) was founded locally in Western Australia, by industry veterans and Indigenous Community leaders Bae Butler, Amber Rose Boyd, and Chad Rylander with a focus on providing pro-active, culturally appropriate, community and youth based management services; to deliver outreach and support services as to promote a pro-active community focused security services to local Government/Educators, Corporations, and Small-Business.
OUR MISSION
WASEC was established as a home-grown solution to address the current disconects between security, local peoples/youth, and communities in regard to public safety, drug and alcahol management, and behavioural conduct - WASEC focuses on pro-active engagement, and building relationships with local communities in order to maintain public safety, security and sense of community.
The goal is both alleviate pressure on local Police Law Enforcement through comprehensive and strategic deescalation practices, and people management, in order to protect communities and people from uneccersary engagement with the criminal justice system.
